These terms govern the use of the platform of MAYAN KAKAW TULUM SAPI DE CV (“the Proptech”), with address at Andador Kaan 56, Local 2, Aldea Zama, Tulum, Quintana Roo, C.P. 77760, México. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them.

1. The service

The platform is a tool for a property management and vacation rental platform: administration of properties, collections and payments of owners and tenants, accounting and reports. The information displayed (balances, transactions, documents, reports) is for information and management purposes; official tax receipts and account statements prevail over any display on the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account. Notify us immediately at info@mayankakaw.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to upload false information or information of third parties without authorization, to attempt to breach its security or to interfere with its operation.

4. Requests and payments

The requests you submit (payments, procedures, invoices) are processed by our team in accordance with the contracts and rates in force. No financial operation is executed automatically without review.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, trademarks and content are the property of the Proptech or its licensors. Use of the platform does not grant you any license over them.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the platform available and secure, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of the Proptech is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months prior to the event giving rise to it.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

8. Changes and applicable law

the Proptech may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. For any dispute, the parties submit to the laws and competent courts of Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
