Documents you need

For the state license we ask for:

Current-year property tax receipt (predial)
Purchase agreement or title deed
Unit handover certificate (only if there is no title deed yet)
Recent CFE electricity bill (proof of address)
Owner's official ID (INE or passport)
Owner's tax certificate (CSF)
Screenshot of your listing (Airbnb, Booking, etc.)

Estimated time: approximately 25 business days. The license is valid for the calendar year (it expires on December 31).

Fee on the net amount received from platforms

Applied to the net amount we receive from rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.

1.5% to 2.5%

Spread on international payments

Applied when you receive or send money in other currencies.
